The apartment features a double bedroom with an ensuite, a comfortable twin room and a modern family bathroom. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that opens onto an outdoor terrace. You can spend time relaxing in the spacious lounge or chill outside where a seating area in the olive grove provides stunning Mountain views.
We are a 45-minute drive from the coast, with convenient access to motorways and Pescara airport. You can also escape to the Mountains in less than 30 minutes.
For shopping and restaurants the villages of Castiglione Messer Raimondo and Bisenti are within a 10 - 15 minute drive.
The apartment makes an excellent base to explore this undiscovered region.

La Dolce Vita!
The apartment is situated on 8 hectares of farmland, featuring fruit and olive trees. Deer can been seen wandering through the fields, falcons hover in the sky, while cicadas will serenade you to sleep.
You can easily enjoy walks from the house into the surrounding countryside, there is a peaceful gravel road that leads to Castiglione, or venture up to the Mountains where you can explore one of the many well-signposted walking paths or mountain bike trails. If you prefer the sea, a 45-minute drive brings you to the Adriatic coast, where you can spend the day swimming in the clear blue sea and relaxing on sandy beaches.
