For an enquiry or booking, please contact us via our booking form. We will respond as soon as possible. An initial deposit of 25%  is required to secure your booking with the remaining balance due no later than 30 days  before arrival.
 
​If booking within 30 days of arrival, we will ask you to pay the full amount due.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years old
No children under  5 years old, due to unfenced drops around the house
No Pets allowed

Arrival:         Check-in from  4pm onwards. 
Departure:  Check-out before 10am

We will try to accommodate late and early arrivals on request.
 

​In case the customer cancels their reservation, the following cancellation charges will be applied:

• 7 - 30 days before arrival : 25% of the rental fee will be due

• less than 7 days before arrival day or  a no-show : 100% of the rental fee will be due

 
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to avoid being liable for cancellation charges.​

There is plenty of bed, bath, and kitchen linen available in the house. This is included in the rental price.

The apartment entrance is on a slope and would be challenging for those with mobility issues

We have an above ground  pool which is 5 metres long  this is accessed by steps and is unfenced
​There are sun loungers available for your use
Towels are also provided

Our guests' data is processed in accordance with current  privacy legislation .
Casa Lucciola respects and protects privacy pursuant to Law 675/96 and Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003.

• WLAN ist in der gesamten Wohnung verfügbar.

• Parkplätze stehen auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung.

• Elektroautos und Ladestationen befinden sich im Dorf (15 Minuten entfernt).

• Haustiere sind aufgrund der fehlenden Einzäunung des Geländes leider nicht erlaubt.

• Das Rauchen im Haus ist nicht gestattet, im Freien jedoch erlaubt.

• Bei Aufenthalten von mehr als einer Woche kann auf Anfrage ein Wäschewechsel bereitgestellt werden.

• Das Gelände rund um das Anwesen ist landwirtschaftlich genutzt, daher können Traktoren und landwirtschaftliche Maschinen zu sehen und zu hören sein.

• Insekten – Mückenschutzmittel und Wund- und Heilsalbe werden empfohlen!
